About Customization Process

  • 1Drawings or Samples: Customers send drawings or samples.
  • 2Drawings Confirmation: We will draw 3D drawings based on the customer's 2D drawings or samples and send them to the customer for confirmation.
  • 3Quotation: We will quote after getting the customers' confirmation,or quote directly according to customers' 3D drawings.
  • 4Making Moulds/Patterns: After the customer confirms the quotation, we start making the mold.
  • 5Mass Production: According to the drawings and details confirmed by customers, we have started mass production.
  • 6Test: After the product is produced, our inspectors will inspect the product.
  • 7Delivery: Arrange shipment when the inspection results are qualified.
